General Shipping Info
- Shipping address should be input in English without any special symbols to help the courier company recognize your address in the system. We will ship according to the shipping address you provided, please notify us any address change before your order is marked "Processing" to avoid parcel loss.
- Please contact our customer service staff immediately if you need to cancel or altered an order. Once your order has reached "processing" status, it can no longer be canceled or altered in any way. To avoid complications, please recheck your shopping cart before checkout.
- All items are inspected before dispatch and are carefully hand-packed.
- With standard courier practice, you need to check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
Shipping Method
We ship orders worldwide and provide tracking numbers. You can choose the corresponding shipping method on the checkout page. If you are not sure whether it can be shipped to your country, you can contact us.
Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and also the shipping method you choose. The easiest way is to put items you want into shopping cart, then when you move to “proceed to checkout” page, you can see the available shipping method, shipping cost and also payment method.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We offer two shipping options under Incoterms: DAP (Delivered at Place) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If you choose DAP, you will be responsible for all import-related charges upon delivery, including entry fees, duties, taxes, inspection fees, and storage fees. Note: Once the package is shipped, we are not liable for any extra charges. If customers refuse to pay these fees, return shipping and additional costs will be deducted from the order, with any remaining balance refunded.
